A few years ago i read that Japanese authorities estimate that 1 in 200 japanese woman participate in making pornographic films. Further I read that in an uncharacteristic open minded attitiude, Japanese society does not view appearing in porn movies is not seen as being particularly shameful - it's just life. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that 1 in 200 is a very conservative estimate. So many of the woman are naturally beautiful (no tats or piercings) and jap women seem to be far more sexually confident that the men.
